Come help invent the future of student media with KJACK, Northern Arizona University’s only student-run radio station. We are always looking for staff members for the fall and spring semesters. Students will be involved with radio operations, the music industry, campus and Flagstaff events, local sports casting and newswriting.

Being on staff with KJACK will provide you with course credit, real-world experience, great material for your portfolio, and possible tuition waiver assistance while enabling you to work in a fast-paced and FCC licenced radio station.

KJACK staff (except with Faculty Advisor and Station Manager permission) must register for CMF course credits (usually CMF 251 or 252) in order to work at the station.

KJACK staff meets every Tuesday at 5 p.m. in the School of Communication building.

Both students and faculty of NAU are welcome to join KJACK, no matter what major or field of study!

If you have any questions about working for KJACK, contact the current Station Manager at:

KJACK Radio is a production of students broadcasting from the Media Innovation Center at Northern Arizona University’s School of Communication. In November 2015, the station received a license from the FCC and now broadcasts on 107.1 FM with the call sign KLJX-LP.
