A Flagstaff man has died after being run over in a drive thru. The Arizona Daily Sun, reports that fifty-three-year-old Richard Ratcliff was exiting the Rilibertos Fresh Mexican Restaurant, when he was struck by a pickup truck. The investigation is ongoing, though as of this report, the driver, who remained on the scene, is not facing charges.

Several Coconino County officials have been awarded by the Arizona State Bar. The entire County Board of Supervisors, along with Judge Dan Slayton are the recipients of two rewards in connection with improving the justice system. The improvements stem from their work to pass Proposition 416, which allows voters to vote out judges appointed by the governor.

Just in time for the Fourth, a bald eagle has been released near Phoenix after recovering from a broken leg. The 3 year old eagle was released at the Horseshoe Reservoir after a four month recuperation from surgery to repair its leg.

Sunny Skies are expected for this Independence Day with a high of 81 degrees and winds to the southwest estimated at 8-17 miles per hour, though they could reach as high as 26 miles per hour. Tonight we have clear skies with a low near 46, and southwest winds at 8-13 miles per hour, with a maximum speed of 20. There is no chance of rain in the current forecast.
